On-Site seated accupressure massage (OSM), or chair massage, uses Japanese Tsubo's (pressure points) on the back, neck, shoulders and arms. The massage is delivered through the client's clothes with no oils or creams. The client sits on an ergonomically designed chair which opens up the back muscles, relieves any strain on the neck and provides a welcome rest for the eyes. The treatment can last between 10 and 30 minutes depending on the individual's needs.
